This CNC electronically controlled automatic double-headed saw machine is equipped with two 4 HP motors with 550mm blades enclosed in a rigid steel cage and has an electronic 15" LCD colored screen console to easily control all movement of the saw heads and the tilting of the blades to any angle between 22° 90° in both directions. The saw is equipped with a programmable, computerized system with a Pentium III Processor @ 128 RAM of memory and 40GB hard drive to memorize and store large files with cut list with all of their components values which can be fed directly from the keyboard, or a USB connection. The machine also comes with a special window and door software to help calculate sizes. The saw also has provisions for a hookup of a label printer. This saw will accommodate any size job with ease. The two heads can work either individually or simultaneously to cut aluminum or PVC in any shaped profile. The blades on this machine cut forward with precise and extreme accuracy. The machine is built on a rigid steel-welded base, with high-gauge steel for better stability.
