The MX 8000 is a fully automated four corners PVC welding machine. The machine is equipped with four state of the art welding heads which will weld all four corners of a sash or a frame at the same time with full automation with its on board computer control system. The X and Y axis on the machine are adjusted automatically by the electronic control. The heads are moving on a linear bearing for better and smoother operation. The MX 8000 PVC welding machine will perform the perfect 45° joint between two standard or textured vinyl profiles with a perfect seam and with extreme accuracy. This machine comes with a servo drive system with an all linear guide slide system. With its on board programmable computer system the machine can take on any size job with ease, and deliver high productivity which improves shop performance and output. The machine will mount horizontally on a rugged steel structure frame for better stability.
