The MX 8700 is a CNC controlled corner cleaning machine computer controlled for cleaning the welded corners of assembled vinyl PVC window or door frames and sashes. This machine comes with a dual axis or quadruple axis and is capable of cleaning any surface on any frame or sash with ease on all sides of the profiles. The machine can come with linear motors as well as brushless motors. The machine is equipped with a profile recognition system to adjust automatically to the sash or frame's height and width that has entered the machine. The operation of the machine starts automatically as the frame or sash enters the machine. The profile is clamped in, and the cleaning operation starts. This machine can work together with an automatic turning table to clean all 4 corners of the profile without any intervention. All operation is controlled by a main frame computer with a state of the art program which can feed from a USB connection or by entering information at the portable computer station. The program can learn its operation from a DXF file which can be imported in. This machine is equipped with a variety of knives and cutters which are capable of also cleaning all weatherstripping channel grooves as well as rounded corners of all kinds. The MX 8700 corner cleaning machine is the latest generation in corner cleaning technology available today and is used in medium to high production shops to increase efficiency and achieve higher productivity.
