The MX 8750 is a CNC controlled corner cleaning machine for cleaning the welded corners of assembled vinyl PVC window or door frames and sash. This machine comes in three (3) varieties and is capable of cleaning any surface on any frame or sash with ease on some sides or on all sides of the profiles with 2 axis or 4 axis capabilities. The machine is equipped with a profile recognition system to adjust automatically to the sash or frame height and width that has entered the machine. The operation of the machine starts automatically as the frame or sash has entered the machine. The profile is clamped in, and the cleaning operation starts. Each operation of this machine can be enabled or disabled according to operator's desire. The C version of this machine is also capable of cleaning rounded corners with ease. Versions B & C of this machine are equipped with vertical knives which are capable of also cleaning all weatherstripping channel grooves. It has one main spindle with a series of blades that is adjusted automatically between different frames or sash. The MX 8750 corner cleaning machine is used in medium to high production shops to increase efficiency and achieve higher productivity. It is built inside of a rigid, steel enclosure.
