The DX-4100 is a CNC fully automated cutting center for a variety of profiles mainly for aluminum and PVC. The machine is equipped with a single head cutting saw with 2 axis controlled by brushless or linear (optional) motors. There are two (2) models to this saw the 5000-A is manually loaded one profile at a time and the automated version 5000-B is equipped with a table magazine that can hold 10 - 12 profiles and load them one by one in to the machine which then are handled by an automatic pusher to feed the saw. The machine will cut the profile from a cut list at any angle between -45° and +45°. The machine is equipped with optimization software to ensure zero waste cutting and controlled by an easy to operate control council with high level of accuracy. The finished cut pieces are then pushed on to a side table and can be labeled with an attached optional printer. The machine is built on heavy duty steel frame for better stability.
