The DX 5000 is a fully automated numerically controlled CNC milling and drilling center for pre cut aluminum or PVC profiles which are being fed automatically into the machine from a side magazine table and with an automated pusher. The machine has 4 axis capabilities with completely automated axis positioning system and with an option to have 16 tools and to be able to mill profiles on all sides. Some of the machine operations are; milling of drainage, ventilation slots, drilling holes for hinges, drilling frames for anchoring bolts, drilling holes and milling slots for locks and handles as well as screwing a reinforced steel bar into PVC profiles. The machine comes with an on board computer system with Windows XP with keyboard, mouse, RS 232 port, large hard drive, USB port, CD drive and with active metric TFT color display LCD monitor and with a custom designed program for easy operation. There are two models to this machine that comes with two different spindle speeds at 15,000rpm and 24,000rpm. The machine is also equipped with a label printer and a bar code reader. This machine is built on a welded super heavy duty frame for better stability.
