The LX 7350 is a washing and drying machine as well an insulated glass assembly machines. The machine is made of a washing chamber and an assembly chamber all connected with an automatic feed belt. In between the two chambers there is an inspection station that is very well lit to allow easy inspection of the glass cleaning before assembly.
This unit is made from a welded steel frame for heavy duty use. The unit is equipped with three independent stainless steel water tanks 500 litters each, two of the tanks are equipped with heaters. The machine has sand filters with 25 micron of accuracy, ability of rinsing and drying the glass with touching it, ability to assemble a triple insulated glass as well as stepped IG unites with thickness precision and high assembly speed all done with three individual servo motor units.
The control of this unit is being done from one central location with touch screen capability.
