This copy router machine is equipped with a single powerful spindle motor routing head that can cut holes or a variety of shapes in aluminum light alloy metal or PVC material on three sides without turning or moving the material. The table can turn to any degree between 0° and 180° degree by electronically controlled servo motor. This machine is equipped with a variable speed spindle adjusted by inverter and potentiometer which adjust the spindle speed from 1800 to 12000rpm with an optional quick tool change spindle. This machine comes with 2 adjustable copy templates. Many additional templates can be added to the machine to sit on the same track to accommodate many functions that are done with the machine, or 1 large template can be fitted to cover the entire track 2400mm long. The tool changing on this machine is quick and easy. This router can either copy existing holes or shapes from a fixed template or create new ones. This machine is controlled by two handles which move the head from side to side as well as lowering and lifting the motor head up or down by pneumatic power. It is also equipped with four pneumatic horizontal clamps. The machine is built on a rigid heavy gauge steel frame for better stability.
This machine will also come with a CNC control. No template is required for a full XYZ operation with 3 or 4 axis.
