The Napoli is a 3 and 4 axis CNC machining /routing center which comes in three size beds, 4000 / 7000 / 9000mm is especially designed for milling and drilling aluminum PVC and light steel profiles. The machine works with 3 and 4 axis, all controlled by state of the art CNC control system. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer with 8 standard tools, and with a manual clamps positioning system. (Automatic clamp positioning is optional). The standard version of the Napoli machine center is equipped with electro spindle HSD 5.5 kW with up to 24,000 rpm with fast and easy tool changing system ISO 30, n° 2 pneumatic zero beats reference group, automatic tool rack system fixed on a movable head with 8 tools capacity, equipped with security system with optoelectronic barriers, impulse oil lubrication system managed by CNC control all enclosed in a soundproof heavy duty cabin.

As with all of our CNC routers, the Napoli is equipped with numeric control axis management, designed for industrial machining with tools management control. The control panel includes with a 17” monitor, 80 GB hard disk drive, 2 USB ports, mouse, and a USB keyboard. The programming language is an ISO standard, with interface Microsoft windows XP Professional. Flexible operator console on the right side of the machine with all the operative easy commands, and with a start / stop emergency button.
