The ROMA-3 is a 3 axis CNC machining center especially designed for milling and drilling aluminum PVC and light steel profiles. The machine works with 3 axis and a 90° angle tool which allows the machine to work on 5 sides of the profile, all controlled by a state of the art CNC control system. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer with 5 standard tools, and with an automatic clamps positioning system. The standard version of the Roma-3 machine center is equipped with electro spindle HSD 4 kW with up to 18.000 rpm with fast and easy tool changing system ISO 30, n° 1 zero stop reference manual rising, automatic tool rack system which is fixed on the right side of the cabin, with 5 tools capacity, impulse oil lubrication system managed by CNC control all enclosed in a soundproof heavy duty cabin. The machine is equipped with numeric control axis management, especially designed for industrial machining with tools management control. The user control panel comes with a 17” monitor, 80 GB hard disk capacity, n°2 USB ports, mouse, and a USB keyboard. The programming language is an ISO standard, with interface Microsoft Windows XP Professional. The machine has a flexible operation console on the right side of the machine with all the operative easy commands, and with a start / stop emergency button.
