DX 1850 machines are equipped with two hydraulically driven crimping heads that can crimp almost any thickness of aluminum with ease. At the belly of these machines are is a 6 HP motor that drives the oil pump. The DX 1850 is
equipped with two stable wide body arms to hold stable large or small frames for ease of operation. With one push of a button the machine grips the frame in two corners with two pneumatic clamps and with the second push of a button the the frame is pulled together and crimped in two corners at the same time at an exact 45° angle for a permanent lock. DX 1850 crimping machines are built on a rigid heavy gauge steel frame for better stability.
