This machine is equipped with a single powerful motor routing head that can cut holes or a variety of shapes in aluminum or PVC material on two sides without turning or moving the material. The table turns from 0°- 90° degrees as well as any degree in between with a manual positioning lock. This machine is equipped with variable speed spindle adjusted by inverter and potentiometer which adjust the spindle speed from 2800 to 12000rpm. It can either copy existing holes or shapes from a fixed template or create new ones. It will also router the water weep holes in a window. This machine is controlled by two handles which move the head from side to side as well as lowering and lifting the motor head up or down by pneumatic power. It is also equipped with four pneumatic horizontal clamps. The machine is built on a rigid heavy gauge steel frame for better stability.
